I am an Integrative-Relational therapist; which means I adapt my therapeutic approach, based upon your needs. I believe that we are all shaped by our past relationships and that the pain we carry is often a response to unmet needs from earlier in life.
When those needs aren’t acknowledged, we adapt, we survive. But over time, those adaptations can leave us feeling disconnected from others, and from ourselves.
In our work together, I can help you to:
Counselling with me offers you a gentle and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. It isn’t about being “fixed” it’s about exploring your story together, making sense of what has shaped you, and discovering the choices you want to make now. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to reflect in ways that can open the door to real and lasting change.
I work on an open-ended basis, both in person from my therapy room in Wellington, Telford and online.
My experience includes relational-developmental, attachment, psychodynamic, and transactional analysis theories. I also recognise the world is always changing so I stay dedicated to ongoing learning, to offer you the most thoughtful and up-to-date support possible.
To ensure the highest professional standards, my practice is overseen through regular clinical supervision.
