My own experiences in relational therapy have shown me just how transformative a truly supportive therapeutic relationship can be. It opened my eyes to the possibility of relationships built on trust, empathy, and genuine care. That’s what I now aim to offer others.
Before beginning my training as a therapist, I worked in a corporate job for a couple of decades. While that chapter of my life taught me a lot, I often felt disconnected from myself and from what really mattered. Therapy helped me make sense of that experience and eventually led me to a path that felt more authentic. I bring that understanding into my work now, especially when supporting people who are feeling stuck, burnt out, or unsure of what comes next.
I welcome adult clients (aged 18+) from all walks of life to take the next step.
